If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at info@cuckoocockapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
